Supreme Court to Hear Arguments on Vaccine Mandate

The Supreme Court has said that on January 7 it will hear arguments over challenges to vaccine and mask requirements for large employers and health care workers.
Until then, the court has said that lower court rulings will remain in effect, allowing for enforcement of the large employer mandate.
