PIAG's Emerging Leader Award
In 2024, PIAG launched its Emerging Leader Award to celebrate a rising star who has demonstrated their commitment to excellence and made impactful contributions to their organization, the industry, and their community. This award acknowledges past achievements of an individual while honoring their expected trajectory of continued success and growth.
Nominees should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership attributes and ability for continued growth
- Exhibits a forward-thinking mindset and is committed to driving positive change
- Contributes to their organization through their ability to innovate and inspire
- Recognized accomplishments through their company, professional organizations, and community
- Less than 10 years experience in the print and graphic communications industry
- Under 40 years of age at time of award
- Employed by a current PIAG member company in good standing
Nominations are open through June 1, 2025. The recipient will be announced and recognized at the 2025 imPRESS Celebration of Print.
Congratulations to the 2025 Recipient, Max Raver!
The Georgia print community honored a rising star with its 2025 Emerging Leader Award. Max Raver, product manager with HP in Atlanta, received the award during the imPRESS Celebration of Print banquet hosted by the Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia (PIAG) on August 14 in Peachtree Corners.
Mr. Raver is a fourth-generation member of the print industry. He launched his career at HP in 2011 then held several positions with companies outside the industry before returning to HP in 2021. Since then, Mr. Raver has led the largest new product introduction in the Americas region and led his facility to earning the G7 Master Print certification. He has won several internal company awards, including Most Valuable Player.
