Miles Haymond Honored with PIAG Emerging Leader Award
The Georgia printing and graphic communications community honored one of its rising stars with the 2026 Emerging Leader Award. Miles Haymond, sales manager with Lindenmyer Munroe in Atlanta, received the award during the imPRESS Celebration of Print banquet hosted by PIAG on August 13 in Peachtree Corners.
Miles began his career in the print and paper industry in 2017 after graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Management. Through Lindenmeyr Munroe’s company training program, he gained experience across several areas of the business, including customer service, sales, operations, and warehousing.
He later moved into a sales role in the greater Boston market, where he developed a reputation for strong customer service and relationship building. When Lindenmeyr Munroe prepared to open a branch in Atlanta, Miles was invited to join the new team. Since relocating to Georgia, he has continued to grow within the company while becoming increasingly involved in the state’s printing and graphic communications community.
Beyond his work at Lindenmeyr Munroe, Miles is a member of the National Paper Trade Association’s Emerging Leaders Network and serves on the PIAG Board of Trustees. Earlier this year, he also volunteered at the SkillsUSA Georgia State Leadership and Skills Conference, assisting with the mock interview portion of the competition and supporting students preparing to enter the workforce.
“Miles is exactly the kind of young leader we want to see building a career in this industry,” said Jon Krueger, PIAG President & CEO. “He’s talented and ambitious, but he also shows up. He’s gotten involved with PIAG, he’s willing to give his time to students, and he clearly wants to keep learning and growing. We’re fortunate to have him as part of Georgia’s print community.”
Miles is also active in his church, where he serves as an usher and participates in small-group and Bible study activities.
