Job Opening - Printing Services Manager

UGA Bulldog Print & Design is seeking a full-time printing services manager at their Athens, GA location.

Job Description:

Provides leadership and operational oversight for UGA Bulldog Print + Design, including print production, customer service, staffing, business operations, and vendor management. Ensures efficient workflows, quality service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with University policies. Supervises staff and serves as the primary liaison with University departments, vendors, and administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent plus 10 years of professional experience to include 3 years of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of progressively responsible management experience in a commercial or institutional print production environment.
• Experience supervising multiple functional areas within a print production operation, including digital printing, wide-format printing, bindery, and customer service. 
• Experience managing budgets, revenue-generating operations, vendor contracts, and operational equipment. 
• Experience implementing process improvements, production workflow optimization, and new print technologies. 
• Experience working in a higher education or other large, complex organization

Salary Range:

• $62,000 - $70,000.
