Lunch & Learn - Workforce Development 

Join us for a new educational opportunity that is free for PIAG members! Our inaugural Lunch & Learn will focus on workforce development - a critical issue facing our industry. We will be joined by Stephanie Scearce from the Georgia Association of Manufacturers (GAM) who will share what GAM has learned about the root causes for many of Georgia's workforce challenges and discuss innovative solutions being implemented by companies around the state. 

Following Stephanie's presentation, you'll receive a sneak peek from our host Heidelberg on their exciting drupa announcements, as well as be able to tour their Print Media Performance and Training Center.

Stephanie Scearce, Director of Workforce Development, Georgia Association of Manufacturers

In her role at GAM, Stephanie Scearce guides and connects Georgia’s manufacturers to strategic resources addressing immediate and long-term workforce needs. She joined GAM last year and previously served as Vice President of Economic Development for Georgia Northwestern Technical College for four years. She has also held leadership positions at the Georgia Department of Economic Development and the Fannin County Development Authority. Learn more about GAM.
