Hotel Reservations

PIAG has reserved a small room block for attendees wishing to stay overnight. Room rates start at $125 and reservations must be made by November 10. You can reserve your room online.

Registration includes breakfast, annual business meeting, and program.

• Regular (after 10/30/26) - $125 PIAG member / $225 non-member

Children's Book Drive

In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, we will be accepting book donations for Children Read, a local non-profit seeking to improve the reading skills of young children in low-income families. 

Donate your gently used or new books for young children in low-income families in the Atlanta area. We will have a collection basket on site at the Annual Meeting. 

Books must be for children ages 5 and under, and can include baby books, alphabet books, number books, and animal books. Coloring books, Activity books, Textbooks, Scribbled in books, or Damaged books cannot be accepted. View a list of recommended titles. 

You can also order new books through Children Read's Amazon Wish List. Please include your name and company name in the gift message so that we may include your donation in our total count.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by December 4 warrants a refund less a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations after December 4 will not be refunded. Name changes/transfers are always welcome. Simply send an e-mail to info@piag.org with the name of your replacement. If you do not attend the event and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, you will be billed after the event.

Please do not attend the event if feeling sick or showing COVID or flu-like symptoms.

Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PIAG meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to PIAG’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
