Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated, the following rules will apply to event registrations:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of event and event no-shows will forfeit entire registration fee.

• Cancellations made from 7-30 days before event will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.

• Cancellations made prior to 30 days before event will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee, credit card holder, or company representative.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during registration and may take up to 10 business days to process.
