First and foremost, get to safety! If your vehicle cannot be moved, get yourself to a safe spot on the side of the road and contact local authorities immediately (i.e. call 911!). Next, be sure to take pictures of both vehicles and at multiple angles of the damage. Be sure to exchange insurance and contact information with the other driver(s) and call in the claim using the information on your card.

I'm happy to report that this is just an urban legend! Red cars do not cost more to insure. Color is not even a question that is asked on most applications! The year, make, and model of your car will impact your rates, and that’s because some cars are more expensive than others.

Can I have good and cheap car insurance?

You get what you pay for. Make sure you have the correct coverages you need to replace the car you drive if it were totaled. Will that be cheap? We can’t say for certain, but let us look at your policy and make sure you are covered CORRECTLY!
