Program Description: This course is a first-look mentored learning training of Photoshop CS5 in which participants will learn to use layers and apply layer effects and filters for creating special effects. In addition, instruction will focus on use of painting tools and blending modes to enhance the appearance of design.
Learning Objectives:
• Learn how to initiate a project plan
• Explore the Adobe Photoshop CS5 environment with guided instruction
• Determine the resolution and graphic type
• Discover how to enhance images with paint & filters and work with selections & multiple layers
• Identify various image mode characteristics and color adjustment options
• Learn how to save images for web and print
