PIAG's UPCOMING EVENTS
The Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia offers an extensive range of events and meeting throughout the year. These events are targeted to assist members with many different topics of interest and concern.
Meetings and educational programs are offered in a variety of formats, including lunch and learn seminars, workshops, conferences, webinars, and Expos.

TIEGA Winter Conference
Who should attend: High School graphic arts or graphic design teachers
When: Jan. 30 -- 31, 2009
Where: CEC Center in Newnan

Why should you attend: Representatives from Adobe offer hands on CS3 and CS4 training.
Industry Demonstration Facility Tours
(in conjunction with SkillsUSA statewide competition)
Who should attend: Any high school graphic arts instructor and students (space is limited)
When: April 16, 2009
Where: Facilities in Atlanta include: Heidelberg, USA and Hewlett Packard. Additional locations TBD
Cost: FREE, (pre-registration is required)
Why should you attend: To get a glimpse of various aspects of the printing industry today.
SkillsUSA Statewide Competition Training Session
Who should attend: Competitors in the SkillsUSA statewide graphic communications or advertising design competitions
When: April 16, 2009
Where: Heidelberg, USA
Cost: FREE (pre-registration is required)
Why should you attend: To receive hands on instruction using the equipment you'll be competing on the next day.

Who should attend: Contestants who have placed first or second in regional SkillsUSA competitions
