Western States Envelope & Label
Western States Envelope & Label became FSC and SFI Chain-of-Custody (CoC) certified in 2007. Two of our lines are made from 100% post-consumer waste: Globe 100™ and Recovery®. Globe 100™ is a corporate stationery line that includes envelopes, letterheads, and business card stock. It's available in Polar White and American Cream. Recovery® is a 92 brightness white wove and one of the few 100% post-consumer white wove sheets on the market. Both lines are also FSC certified. Our "Please Recycle" envelopes encourage recycling of discarded mail. An EPA approved logo on the back of the envelopes provide this message to consumers. Western States is a licensed manufacturer of Ecoenvelopes™. These USPS approved products are reusable envelopes. They are suitable for statements where a return envelope is needed, and direct mail when a BRE is required. The Ecoenvelope™ is one envelope instead of two. The environmental impact is significantly reduced. In addition to these products, hundreds of our white wove products are SFI certified. FSC and SFI CoC allows printers who are CoC certified to print and provide a certified product to the consumer.
