Program Overview
PIAG has partnered with D&B to provide our members with attractive rates on two of D&B's top credit reports -- as yet another means of supporting your company's efforts in making smart credit decisions. Now, you can order credit reports directly through D&B with no minimum order required, and no initial account setup fee. PIAG has taken care of these costs as part of your membership dues investment. You'll simply pay D&B on a quarterly basis for the reports you order. Plus, we've made ordering reports easy and fast. You can fax or e-mail your report requests and you will usually receive a D&B report within 24 hours of request!

D&B Credit Reports Available
Sample Credit Recommendation Report • The most popular report is the Credit Recommendation Report. This report provides a one-page overview including a D&B Credit Score, which is a predictive score of the likelihood of late payment. This report is $30.24 -- and is the report that most PIAG members order.

Sample BIR Report • The second type of report you can order is the Business Information Report (BIR). It is much more comprehensive in nature. This is report provides much more in-depth information such as Paydex, company history, and public filings and is useful in making credit decisions on borderline accounts. This report costs $55.64.

Instructions to Access D&B Reports
Step One: New Users
Access Request Form • If you are a new PIAG user of D&B reports, you should first complete Access Request Form. This will provide D&B with the information to set up your account. This form should be faxed or e-mailed to D&B along with your initial request for a credit report. D&B will e-mail you a PIN number that you will use on all future credit report orders (which will identify you as a PIAG member and ensure that you receive the special PIAG rates on all your orders).

Step Two: Ordering a Credit Report
Credit Report Order Form • Decide which type of report you'll need: the Credit Recommendation Report or the Business Information Report, and then complete a Credit Report Order Form for each client you'd like to receive a report on. Fax or e-mail you request to D&B at: 1-866-241-1439 or dbrmo@dnb.com. You will typically receive your report via e-mail (or via fax if you do not have e-mail) within 24 hours. D&B will bill your company directly on a quarterly basis for your usage.
